Thanks for inquiring about our Goode Family Recipes! While there are some secrets we’ll never tell, our team can provide a list of ingredients for many of our most popular items to help you determine what’s best for your specific diet.

Our Smoked Meats do not contain wheat flour and are gluten-free on their own, though every package ships with our Jalapeno Cheese Bread! They are wrapped separately, but included in the same cooler and shipping box.

Our Brazos Bottom Pecan Pie contains: GLUTEN, TREE NUTS, DAIRY, EGGS, CORN, SOY, and a minimal amount of alcohol from the addition of vanilla extract.

Our Pecan Pralines contain DAIRY, TREE NUTS, CORN, ALCHOCOL - but do not contain eggs or wheat flour! They are gluten-free, though we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment for their production. 

The same applies to our BBQ Sauces, Spice Mixes, Roasted Salted Pecans and Honey Glazed Pecans. Though these items do not contain wheat flour or soy sauce, we cannot guarantee a gluten-free environment for their production. 

Our Mesquite Smoked Beef Jerky is made with gluten-free tamari, that still contains soy.

While we do our best to avoid cross-contact, all our products are prepared in facilities that handle common allergens. Goode Co. does not have a gluten-free or Kosher kitchen for production.
