Express Gifting via "Multi-Address Shipment"Updated a month ago

If you'd like to send gifts to a short list of clients and friends, use our 
Multiple-Address Shipping Option to skip the line and get your orders in ASAP!

Here's a step-by-step Guide!

STEP ONE: ADD ONE OF EACH ITEM
Select the items you'd like to purchase! Choose only one of each item and "ADD TO CART."


STEP TWO: BEGIN CHECKOUT
When you've added one of each item you want to purchase, open your "Cart."
Bypass the options to choose "gifting" or a ship-by date! 
You'll be given these options again, later! 
Simply click on the White Button that reads "SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES."


STEP THREE: UPDATE QUANTITY
You'll arrive at a new view of your cart, where you can add more items and assign each to an address! To add another, click on the "SHIP ANOTHER" button underneath that item.


STEP FOUR: ASSIGN ADDRESSES
Assign shipping addresses to each item by clicking on "Select from saved addresses.
If you have shopped with us before, you may choose from saved addresses in this space! 
If not, you can type in your addresses as you go by choosing "New Address".


STEP FIVE: CHOOSE SHIPPING & ADD YOUR MESSAGE
When all your items and shipping addresses are added to your new cart, click on "CHECKOUT".

You'll arrive at the next page, where you can select for each shipment:
1. A shipping method, 
2. A ship-by date, and
3. A gift message!

If you do not choose a Ship-By Date, your order will be packed within the next two business days.
We do not offer same-day shipping.

If you do not add a Gift Message, your recipients will not know who sent them a gift!

Add any applicable discount code you may have near the bottom of the page!
When all your information is entered, click on "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT".


STEP SIX: ADD PAYMENT & CONFIRM YOUR ORDER

You'll arrive at our final checkout, where you may enter your billing details!
Note that all of your shipments are listed to the right, with their individual addresses.

When you're ready to pay, click on "Confirm and Pay", or "Pay Now".


You will arrive at our "Thank You!" Page - confirming your payment.

You will receive an email, confirming your Master Order Number.


Your Master Order will automatically 'cancel' after it is paid for - making way for your new order numbers, assigned to each individual shipment. 

While we understand this can be confusing, it is a normal part of our ordering process! 
If your Master Order did not cancel, your shipments would go out twice.

Here's what a paid, Multiple-Address Shipment looks like in our Order Queue! 
Note the cancelled "Master Order Number" as a Tag in each shipment, confirming that they all belong to the same paid order but preventing the shipments duplicating.
